One of the objectives of Wexford Science festival is to encourage an interest in STEM subjects and careers and to highlight the opportunities that are available to young people here in County Wexford. Hearing from STEM experts, who are passionate about their careers, really helps to encourage young people and has proven to be one of the highlights of the festival. In previous years, these STEM experts have spoken to young people in community and educational settings and in 2020, these talks were made available online.
